Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 to 4 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be pickup up on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 11am-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using USPS (delivery standard is 2-7 days). We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We offer free shipping for orders over $75 unless otherwise specified.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Return eligibility:

  • Items must be unopened and returned in their original packaging.
  • Custom, clearance, and personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping costs we incurred, even if you were not directly charged for shipping.

To initiate a return, please email us with "RETURN" in the subject line.

 

Custom Order Policy

Each custom item is carefully designed, assembled, and personalized using engraving, sublimation printing, or direct printing. Because of their unique nature, custom items are non-returnable once completed.

However, if there is an error on our part in engraving, printing, or personalization, you may request a corrected replacement within 15 days of delivery. We will remake or correct the item at our expense using the same or similar materials, based on availability.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for spelling and punctuation accuracy when submitting custom orders. These errors cannot be refunded or replaced.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us.
